ABOUT

ABOUT US

Welcome to our lovely guesthouse in the picturesque rural beachtown of Palomino.

Palomino lies just within the borders of the most northern Colombian province of La Guajira. The small and laid-back town is worth the stay for every kind of traveler. Furthermore, it is the perfect hub to all of the attractions La Guajira has to offer.

The untouched, natural and pure beach of Palomino will leave you impressed. On a clear day – of which we have a lot – you can see the snow-capped mountains of the National Park of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the world’s most elevated coastal mountain formation.

This variety of ecosystems, in combination with the unique Colombian Caribbean atmosphere, make the place a must-see location. Sun, sea, beach, jungle and mountains, all visible within one’s range of vision.

Our guesthouse is centrally located on the main street. Bars, restaurants and shops are really closeby and the beach is only a leasurily ten minute stroll away.

We at Casa Colibri are looking forward to your stay !
